WHAT WE DID

Working with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) as a bid partner, we assisted in the bid strategy and positioning of this bid.  We provided bid content, partnership models, and commercial risk management.

THE RESULTS

daa International was chosen to operate the new 106,500 sq metre terminal, which has a capacity of
up to 12 million domestic passengers per year, ahead of five other international airport operators.
