Expleo Group employs 15,000 people across 25 countries, and it helps companies to digitally transform their business. With over 500 people based in Dublin, Ireland, Tender Team were engaged to help improve Expleo’s success rates in different sectors. Tender Team first evaluated previous tender submissions, and then implemented a range of consultancy, training, and tender writing workshops for the management team.
